ABOUT US:
We are a licensed home healthcare agency serving the
Northwest Indiana counties of Lake, Porter, LaPorte, Elkhart
and St. Joseph. Our primary focus is acute and chronic medical care of home bound patients with
an additional emphasis on empowering and supporting the family through the
healing process.
We believe in having a strong partnership with both
the patient and family. We will provide education about the specifics of
the disease process. We discuss treatments, equipment, medications, diet
counseling, and community support options. Consider us as part of
your hospital discharge planning.

HISTORY:
AAA Hoosier Home Health Care has been servicing the community since March,
1998. Our mission is to assist patients in living independently and safely.
We do this through
medical and non-medical services by providing excellent, compassionate care.
